Tinned Copper Woven Sleeving

Product Description：

Tinned copper woven sleeves, tinned copper woven tapes, and copper woven wires are meticulously crafted from high-quality round copper wires or tinned soft round copper wires. They feature a woven structure available in single or multiple layers, with a diverse range of strand counts including 13, 16, 24, 36, 40, 48, 64, and 96 strands. The copper wires used come in outer diameters of 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, and 0.20mm.

In terms of electrical performance at 20℃, the DC resistance of copper woven wires does not exceed 0.22 Ω·mm²/m, while the DC resistivity of tinned copper woven wires is no more than 0.0234 Ω·mm²/m. The product is offered in silver and copper yellow, and can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Product Applications：

It is primarily utilized for shielding, electrical conduction, grounding, as well as protecting, bundling, and enhancing the appearance of wires.

Additionally, it is suitable for flexible connections in metal industrial products such as electrical devices, switchgears, electric furnaces, and storage batteries.
