Technical metallized ceramics are widely used in the electrical and electronic applications,like electron tubes, power grid tubes, vacuum thyristors, gas triode and so on.

In order to achieve ceramic to metal joining in these electrical and electronic devices, a metallic layer is applied on the structural ceramic component with high-temperature cured, after that, a protective coating, such as nickel plating followed by the base metallization layer which it will increase the wettability of brazing process.
