Epoxy glass fiber cloth laminated boards

Epoxy glass fiber cloth laminated boards are rigid, plate-shaped insulating materials made by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber cloth with epoxy resin and then hot-pressing it. In IEC standards, they are further classified into different grades such as EPGC 201, EPGC 202, EPGC 203, EPGC 204, EPGC 306, and EPGC 308; in NEMA (U.S. electrical industry) standards, they are classified into grades such as G10, FR-4, G11, and FR-5. EPGC202/FR-4 epoxy glass fiber cloth laminated boards have the following properties: excellent electrical performance in high-humidity environments, good mechanical performance at moderate temperatures, voltage resistance, flame retardancy (FR series), and stable product quality. They can be processed into various components using methods such as lathe machining, stamping, trimming, drilling, sandblasting, grinding, sawing, and milling.
