High Precision Glazed Alumina Metallized Ceramic Sleeve
Alumina metallized ceramic sleeves are widely used in many vacuum interrupting devices, such as gas discharge tube, vacuum thyristors,surge arresters, current feedthrus and so on, We have prototyping to mass production capability with our in-house comprehensive production line.
We are capable of offering high precision metallized ceramic sleeves via variety of fine grinding, CNC machining, cutting processes. The finest tolerance can be +/-0.001 for length, +/-0.005 for inner and outer diameter.
Small part-size to large part-size is availability, the min. diameter can be 1mm, the largest diameter is up to 800mm.The typical plating as below:
1. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization 2. Raw ceramic + Ag plating 3. Raw ceramic + W metallization + Au plating 4. Raw ceramic + Mo/Mn metallization + Ni plating
