Product Composition
The composition of PP sheet is based on polypropylene, and through copolymerization modification and functional additives, it can achieve diversified performance requirements, such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc.
Performance Characteristics
1. Lightweight and durable: The density is only 0.89-0.91g/cm³ (one of the lightest plastics), and the impact strength is significantly improved after copolymerization modification. It has strong resistance to bending fatigue and is suitable for packaging, automotive parts and other scenarios.
2. Heat and chemical resistance: High temperature resistance of 110-120℃ (short-term 150℃), acid, alkali, grease and solvent resistance.
3. Processing characteristics: High shrinkage (1.8-2.5%), but adding 30% glass fiber can reduce it to 0.7%; good melt fluidity, suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other processes, processing temperature 220-275℃.
4. Electrical properties and environmental protection: Excellent high-frequency insulation (water absorption rate is only 0.01%), but antistatic agent needs to be added; the material is 100% recyclable
