The SC-D160 outsole CNC grooving machine adopts

imported servo motors, linear guides, ball screws, and is

equipped with advanced servo software. It is suitable for the machining of various types of outsoles, complex shapes of milling grooves, roughening, line grooves, and midsoles. According to different shapes of outsoles, you can choose a combination of 1 #cutter (roughening) and 2 #3 #cutter (line grooving cutter) to complete the complex processing program on the same sole at one time, running at a high speed of 30 meters/minute at an empty speed, and the processing speed can reach 25 meters/minute, effectively solving mass production and solving manual pressure.
