20% Oxytetracycline Injection Animal Use Only

COMPOSITION And STRENGTH/ML:

Active Ingredient (s): Oxytetracycline...................20g

Inactive Ingredient (s): N-Methyl poyrrolidone.......60ml

                                  Magnesium Chloride.........7.14g

                                  Ethanol amine..................6.40ml

                                  Water for injection........add to 100ml

Indication:

Oxytetracycline is indicated for the treatment of the 

following gram negative and gram positive microorganisms:

- Gram negative: E coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Shigella species,

Haemophilus influezae (respiratory infections), Klebsiella species

(respiratory and urinary infections)

-Gram positive: Useful for infections caused by Haemophilus

ducreyi (chancroid), Brucella, and Vibrio 90% of strains of P. Pseudomallei

(the cause of Melioidosis) are sensitive.

Most strains of Brucella also are susceptible.

Contraindications:

Do not use in Animals with known hypersensitivity

to the active ingredient.

Warning:

Not to be used in Animals known to be allergic to Oxytetracycline.
