We provide comprehensive metal fabrication and CNC machining services to customers around the globe, especially for large and heavy steel parts with high accuracy requirements. We work with all kinds of steels including iron/steel castings, forgings, fabricated carbon/stainless steel structures, aluminum alloys, etc.

Our metal fabrication capabilities mainly include: Laser Cutting (Max. 6000W) / Plasma Cutting / Flame Cutting (Max. 250mm) / Waterjet Cutting, Press Braking (Max. 6000t), Plate Rolling (Max. 4250×210mm), Hydraulic Pressing (Max. 5000t), Section Bending, Robotic Welding / Surfacing Welding, Etc.

Being as a quality-oriented metal fabricator, we have equipped our factory with the best inspection tools. For example, our Leica AT901-LR laser tracker helps us to make sure the machine tools working in good order all the time that it can measure any large object within a sphere area of 80m in semi-diameter, the measurement accuracy is up to a micron. What's more? We also have different types of CMM test machine, our biggest Zeiss measuring machines can work on component up to 7000x4000x3000mm with an accuracy of up to 0.43um.

In order to ensure that the quality meets the requirements, all the goods manufactured by THT will undergo multiple quality inspection process and we'll provide corresponding quality inspection reports before delivery. And we also accept our goods inspected by the third party designated by the customer, such as SGS/TUV etc.
