Composite layered design
Surface layer: Soft aluminum foil (usually 7 μ m thick), providing high reflectivity (≥ 95%) and metal barrier.
Middle layer: Glass fiber mesh reinforcement (such as 8 × 12/100mm three-dimensional mesh), significantly improving tensile strength and tear resistance.
Bottom layer: Kraft paper (about 25 grams) or flame-retardant paper, providing basic support and flame retardancy.
Adhesive layer: Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (partially containing flame retardant), with high initial adhesion, weather resistance, and long-lasting bonding strength.
Substrate material
Use silicone isolation paper or white coated release paper to prevent adhesive layer adhesion and facilitate construction.
