Application: Air volume regulating valves are generally used in air conditioning system pipelines to adjust the air volume of branch pipes, and can also be used for mixed air regulation of fresh and return air. They are divided into manual and electric forms, and electric can achieve self-control adjustment of air volume.

General principles for selecting split and parallel types:

When the resistance of the pipe section that needs to be adjusted by the valve is high, when the resistance consumed by the valve is low, it is advisable to choose a split type, otherwise a parallel type should be selected;

The initial adjustment performance of the split type is better than that of the parallel type;

Generally, parallel type air valves are recommended for use as switches;

When installed at the mixing point of two systems, it is advisable to use regulating valves with the same characteristics, and they should be of the double opening type;

Parallel type should be selected for systems with strict requirements for airflow noise;

The frame and blades of the air volume regulating valve are made of galvanized steel plate, with no welding points and no need for coating on the surface;

Aluminum alloy material can be made according to customer requirements;

The material of the air valve bearing is sintered bronze oil containing bearing, which can withstand high temperatures of 300 ℃;

The blades are connected by a 10 * 10 square shaft, which is made of 45 # galvanized steel and can be optionally equipped with an adjustable air flow actuator as needed;

The standard size of the integrated valve body thickness is L=200mm, and various special sizes can also be produced according to customer needs.

The flange width of the integrated air volume regulating valve is 33mm, and customers can choose according to their needs;

The transmission mode of the air volume regulating valve is linkage transmission;

Manual and electric valves generally close clockwise and open counterclockwise.
