The DWT (HTF) - I axial flow explosion-proof roof fan has blades similar to axial flow fans and adopts an inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and pressure at low speeds, thereby reducing fan noise.

Explosion proof roof fans are suitable for non corrosive environments containing flammable and explosive gases.

The fan can be equipped with manual or electric regulating valves, self hanging louvers, etc. according to customer needs.

Process: Fan impeller: The cross is made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure, while the blades are made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are assembled and formed by riveting with the cross. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level. The outer flange is made by integral flanging and spinning, and the air cap is made of steel.

The fan is divided into nine machine numbers according to the impeller diameter of 300-1130mm, with a series air volume of 1500-56900m ³/h and a total pressure of 60-320pa, meeting the needs of different working conditions and achieving energy saving and noise reduction.

Working conditions:

Working temperature: -20~280 ℃;

Humidity: less than 90%

Medium conditions: Non corrosive, containing flammable and explosive gases (with a dust content not exceeding 100mg/m ³)

Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50HZ
