• Initial shrinkage temperature: 60°C
• Final shrinkage temperature: 125°C
• Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C

Shrinkage Method

1. Cutting: Add 5mm to each end of the glass tube length for the heat-shrinkable tube.
2. Preparation: Wear clean gloves, sleeve the cut tube onto an alcohol-cleaned and dried glass tube.
3. Shrinkage: Place in a 75-85°C constant-temperature thermal cycle tunnel furnace for 1-2 minutes. After shrinkage, check for complete shrinkage; re-shrink if needed. Avoid overheating to prevent crystallization (black spots).
4. Finishing: After cooling, trim edges with a utility knife and inspect appearance.
