Fully welded plate heat exchanger
The fully welded plate heat exchanger is a plate heat exchange device sealed by full welding technology, with a working pressure range from vacuum to 4.0 MPa and a temperature range from -195°C to 538°C, primarily used in oil and gas processing, chemical production, food industry, and other fields.
The equipment features heat exchange plates made from special stainless steel, pressure-formed using specialized stamps, with a smooth surface and embossed design to ensure turbulence at low flow rates for enhanced heat transfer efficiency. The plates are welded into a single integral structure without gaskets, making them suitable for demanding operating conditions, including environments with solid particles and corrosive substances. The compact design allows for a series of plates of varying lengths to be configured to meet the needs of high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, while also offering characteristics such as resistance to fouling and ease of cleaning and maintenance.
The surface is smooth and resistant to scale formation. The unique wavy design ensures a turbulent fluid flow even at low speeds, enhancing heat exchange efficiency. The entire plate bundle is welded from the base material using argon arc welding. No non-metallic sealing materials are used, ensuring high thermal resistance and pressure stability. It is suitable for extreme operating conditions with temperatures up to 300°C and a pressure of 3.0 MPa.
It features a perforated plate structure similar to a plate heat exchanger, simultaneously utilizes more advanced full-welding technology for sealing without gaskets, and offers a selection of various metals and alloys, ensuring that the MAX fully welded heat exchanger is suitable for nearly all heat exchange processes with temperatures ranging from -195°C to 538°C and working pressures from vacuum to 8.2 MPa. Its compact design, efficient heat transfer, and ease of use define outstanding performance that naturally replaces traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
