一、Equipment Capabilities

Powder Forming Equipment: We have multiple advanced powder forming machines that can provide appropriate forming pressures ranging from several tons to several hundred tons to meet the forming requirements of various powder metallurgy parts, ensuring that the green bodies have stable density and strength.

Sintering Equipment: We are equipped with large-scale continuous sintering furnaces and vacuum sintering furnaces. Continuous sintering furnaces enable large-scale production and enhance production efficiency; vacuum sintering furnaces provide an oxygen-free environment for sintering special materials, ensuring the performance of the products, particularly suitable for the production of high-quality powder metallurgy products with stringent purity requirements.

二、Processing Scope

Materials: Capable of processing various metal powders such as iron-based, copper-based, and aluminum-based powders, producing high-strength structural components, high-wear-resistant friction parts, and other products with diverse performance characteristics through process adjustments.

Product Types: Covering a range from simple gaskets and bushings to complex gears and cams, and can be further processed using subsequent techniques such as laser cutting to expand application areas.
