1. SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink is a solvent-based volatile drying ink, which is suitable for most screen printing machines on the market at present. Generally, natural drying is chosen. If baking drying is chosen, the watermark effect will be worse.

2. SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink particles are delicate and thick. Please stir well before use. You can also add about 5%-10% 783 or DBE and other solvents to dilute and print. Generally, the number of selected objects is 300 to 350 mesh printing.

3. SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink is generally printed in the middle of two layers of composite paper. If printing single-sided paper, it is recommended to print it on the back of the paper and use 350 mesh to 420 mesh printing. In order to get closer to the effect of watermark paper, you can add 30-50 lines to the pattern.

4. Before the SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink is officially printed on the machine, it is necessary to adjust various printing parameters according to the printing substrate and printing pattern, such as the number of mesh, scraper angle, printing pressure, ink viscosity, drying time, etc. Please test in small batches in advance.

5. SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink needs to be printed on paper with a gram weight of less than 80g/m2 in order to have a better watermark effect.

6. SWY-1001 silk-screen black watermark ink is weather-resistant and acid-resistant, nor high-temperature. Try to avoid using it in high temperature and outdoor environment.
