1. SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink is a solvent-based volatile drying ink, which is suitable for most screen printing machines on the market at present. Generally, natural drying is chosen. If baking drying is chosen, the watermark effect will be worse.

2. SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink particles are delicate and viscosity is low. Please stir well before use. You can also add about 3%-5% 783 or DBE and other solvents to dilute and then print. The general selection number of meshes is 250 mesh to 350 mesh printing.

3. SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink generally prints single-sided paper, and the thicker the paper, the lower the mesh printing. In order to get closer to the effect of watermark paper, you can add 30-50 lines to the pattern.

4. Before SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink is officially printed, it is necessary to adjust various printing parameters according to the printing substrate and printing pattern, such as the number of mesh plates, scraper angle, printing pressure, ink viscosity, drying time, etc. Please test in small batches in advance.

5. SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink needs to be printed on a paper gram of less than 80g/m2 to have a better watermark effect.

6. SWY-1002 silk-screen white watermark ink is weather-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, and high-temperature. Try to avoid using it in high-temperature and outdoor environments.
