HYDEX® 4101 PBT natural PBT Polyester

HYDEX® 4101 is a PBT polyester thermoplastic that can withstand higher impact than PET polyesters and thus carries reduced risk of part breakage in operation. It is a food grade plastic material that can meet most agency requirements for food contact compliance, and is ideal for machined parts in food processing equipment. HYDEX™ 4101 has excellent resistance to typical cleaning chemicals such as chlorine and caustic solutions and has a very low moisture absorption rate, as much as 15 times less than nylon.
