This MARSHINE 10Ton High Working Efficiency Electric Cable Winch is designed with higher efficiency and stable performance, which can ensures that it meets the tough demands of constructions, while maintaining the high efficiency and safety. This machine is also featured with an overload protection system, which will be triggered when the load exceeds 120% of the 10Ton rated load. The MARSHINE 10Ton High Working Efficiency Electric Cable Winch system can prevent the damage to the winch by automatically cutting off the power supply to the motor, so that to reduce the risk of accidents, such as rope breakage or the frame deformation. For customers who requires for the machine that can meet the requirements of large span weight, this machine’s minimum effective load is 0.5 tons, can enable it to flexibly handle the heavy and the medium-load operations. 

The motor system of the cable winch is adopts a motor that with a rated power of 7.5 kw, which can provide the sufficient torque that is able to smooth pull a 10-ton loads without consuming excessive electricity. The rated voltage of the cable winch motor is 380V, which belongs to the standard industrial power supply. So that it can be easily to connected the most construction site electrical systems without the needs for additional transformers. For construction sites with limited 380V power supply, such as remote construction areas, the winch also offers an 220V option for the other countries demand of the power supply. The rated speed of the MARSHINE 10Ton High Working Efficiency Electric Cable Winch motor is 1450 r/m. It paired with a planetary reducer, that the output speed can be reduced according to the requirements of the drum to ensure smooth power transmission and minimize the energy loss. The drum and the wire rope are the crucial of the cable winch's wire rope processing capacity, which the outer diameter of the cable winch drum is 350 mm and the length is 800 mm. The cable winch can accommodate high-strength steel wire ropes up to 150 m in the length and 16 mm in the diameter. This length of steel wire rope is sufficient to complete most medium and long-distance operations, such as pulling the steel wire rope at the construction site or hoisting the heavy objects from the ground to a 30-story building. 

The breaking strength of the steel wire rope itself is 25 tons, which is more than twice the rated load of the winch, thereby can further enhancing the safety. The drum speed is adjustable, with the rated lifting speed of 8 m/min and the traction speed of 12 m/min. This dual-speed design can enable operators choose a faster speed when lifting the load that is light or when the time is tight, and a slower speed when lift the load with heavy and precise control is required. For example, when placing a heavy transformer on a utility pole, the slower speed can help preventing the accidental drops. This MARSHINE 10Ton High Working Efficiency Electric Cable Winch adopts a dual braking mechanism, which is a disc brake located on the drum. It automatically engages when the motor stops and can keep the load in place even when power is cut off. This cable winch rated braking torque is 500 N·m, which is sufficient to keep a 10ton load stationary on a 15-degree slope, make it particularly suitable for sites with sloping terrain.
