• Feeding System: Responsible for accurately conveying liquid silicone raw materials (usually two-component A and B), ensuring the raw materials are mixed evenly in proportion, and providing a stable and qualified material foundation for subsequent molding.
• Compression Molding System: As the core working unit of the equipment, it injects the mixed liquid silicone into the customized mold cavity under high pressure, and then cooperates with heating devices to cure and shape the silicone in the mold, which determines the final shape and structure of the product.
• Chilled Water Unit: It is an auxiliary cooling system, mainly used for rapid cooling of the mold or product after molding to accelerate the curing and setting of silicone. At the same time, it stabilizes the mold temperature to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product and production efficiency.
• Intelligent PLC Control System: Serving as the "brain" of the equipment, it precisely controls the parameters of each system (such as feeding speed, injection pressure, mold temperature, and cooling time), realizes automatic operation of the entire production process, and ensures stable and consistent molding quality.
• Key-Type Operation Device: A human-machine interaction interface designed for easy operation. Operators can set parameters, start/stop the machine, and monitor the production status through the physical keys.
