Upper and lower support roller column & upper and lower leveling roller group making up four-high or six-high layers structure, ensuring stable, efficient and high-quality leveling performance.

Eliminating texture on precision rolled strips: Utilizing φ60mm small roll diameters, it can closely adhere to the rolling lines and local warps of 0.1-3mm stainless steel strips (such as 304, 316L strips), combined with precise servo-controlled pressure (pressure accuracy ±0.008MPa), eliminating longitudinal stress and edge waves. After leveling, the flatness error is ≤0.1mm/m, meeting the cutting and stamping requirements for precision hardware and medical device accessories; 

Protecting the surface from wear and maintaining smoothness: The roll system's synchronization error is <0.005mm, preventing scratches or indentations on the surface of the stainless steel strip. After leveling, the roughness of the strip Ra is ≤0.2μm. It can enter the subsequent welding and bending processes without polishing, reducing processing losses;
