1, Machine base
Use superior H section steel to connect, ensuring the installation levelness of machines.
2, Line bars blanking device
Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector. 
3, Vertical bars drawing device
The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar drawing device of this product play a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs.
4, Welding host
The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders.
5, Electrical control system
Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan. 
6, Cooling water system
Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling.
7, Gas source system
Imported from SMC Japan, Equipment is installed air processor , and with muffler and compressed air tank.</sup></sub>
