A, Welding method and available range
1, Use GMAW MIG,workpiece fixed, guns straight move.
2, Available range:aluminum alloy or steel tank straight welding,diameter 300≤φ≤500mm ,length L≤1000mm,thickness 2≤δ≤4mm.
3, Welding workpiece requirement:no burr, oil stain.
B, Main structure
This equipment body(ZF-1000 straight welding machine body)use cantilever upright structure. It consist of body, piano clamp structure, beam, central spindle, hook, welding elevator, welding guns micro-adjustment device, control system etc.
C, Features
1, Beam is drove by DC gear motor.
2, The elevator device of guns is used pneumatic drive, to guide by linear rail, to ensure the accuracy
3, Use piano clamp fixture and copper pad,to ensure workpiece's uniform pressure and the form of back side seam weld.
4, Distance of piano clamp is adjustable,to suit for different thick workpiec..
