Product Description

Applications: Be widely used in low carbon steel, sheet steel plated, brass, aluminium and aluminium alloy, multi-layers sheet steel weld.
Machine body: Use vertical reinforcing structure, adopt good quality thickness steel plate to weld. Eliminate the stress, structure is very reasonable, without deformation.
Control system: MF control system, more precise and faster current control. Analysis parameters more precisely, to arrive the setting current faster than low frequency controller.
MF inverter transformers: Control current is DC, thereby avoid the loose weld phenomenon caused by current shunt as width is too wide. Moreover, MF inverter transformer is with the advantages of saving energy and reducing the strike to Power Grid.
3 layers pressurization cylinders: 3 layers pressurization cylinders, pressure is more enough and cylinders adopt high accurate, anti-friction hard material, which is duralumin, without rust, lower friction, lower noise and adding pressure is faster, thereby reducing the weld spatter.
Electrode: With CuCrZr materials, very anti-friction. By means of water cooling, longer service life.
Compressed air system: Equipment is installed air processor which is used for clean the compressed air, and with muffler to reduce the noise. Also it is with compressed air tank to stabilize the air pressure.
Cooling water system: There are transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. It come true the water distribution by flowmeter. Each flowmeter can be adjusted individually to make machine working normal, without damage.
