PVDF Rusted aluminum

This product consists of a steel substrate, typically stainless steel or galvanized steel, coated with a multi-layer PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) paint system applied through a continuous coil coating process. The PVDF topcoat provides resistance to ultraviolet radiation, corrosion, moisture, and chemical exposure, while maintaining metallic color stability and surface integrity under prolonged exterior conditions. The coating adheres uniformly and withstands bending, cutting, and roll-forming without peeling or delamination. Available in a range of metallic colors, gloss levels, and panel profiles, the material offers design flexibility for both interior and exterior wall applications.
