We use investment casting process and flash welding process to produce round link kiln chains, by which have good appearance and internal quality. Compared to investment casting chains, flash welding chains have lower cost. However, investment casting chains can achieve 23 rings connection without weld seam, and the strength, abrasion resistance and durability are better than those of flash welding chains of the same material.
Round link kiln chains are heat resistant and abrasion resistant, used with cast hangers and bases or heat resistant steel shackles to form chain curtains. The chain curtains can aid the materials in the rotary kiln heat exchange and transfer.
