MAIN STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

1. Features one imported brand fan (Note: This brand fan delivers ultra-high efficiency, high-temperature resistance, high rotational speed, and high-speed stability. Reference rated operating voltage: 230V; current power: 1/2 horsepower (370W). The high-efficiency motor achieves a maximum power of 750W, with actual usage power around 180W—highly energy-efficient).

This ultra-efficient, high-temperature resistant, high-speed-stable fan exhibits minimal no-load and operational current consumption. It delivers enduring reliability in harsh environments up to 200°C, maintaining high rotational speed and stable airflow without degradation. This provides practical assurance for low-temperature packaging, flawless packaging, stable packaging, high-efficiency packaging, and energy-saving packaging.

2. Incorporates elliptical U-shaped side-insert metal far-infrared heating tubes manufactured using Swiss technology licensed by our factory. These tubes offer superior energy efficiency compared to any heating tubes currently on the market, featuring rapid heating, ultra-high efficiency, high energy savings, durability, and easy maintenance. Reference maximum power: 16KW, 380V three-phase four-wire power supply. Supports constant temperature settings with normal operating range: ambient temperature to 180°C.

3. The temperature control circuit employs high-quality AC contactors from Japanese brands “Mitsubishi or Fuji” combined with temperature controllers from renowned domestic manufacturers to form an automatic temperature control circuit, ensuring exceptional durability.

The drive motor utilizes a 0.18KW drive motor from a reputable brand, paired with a variable frequency drive (equipped with a bidirectional operation selector switch). This provides a highly stable packaging conveying speed, adjustable from 0 to 30m/min, with a conveying capacity of ≥80kg.
