About the Product

Pulley lagging with ceramic-inserted rubber plates offers a friction coefficient 2–4 times higher than that of standard lagging. This significantly enhances grip, effectively preventing conveyor belt slippage under wet and slurry conditions.

In addition, the ceramic lagging has a service life of over 5 years, ensuring durability and boosting the productivity and reliability of the entire conveying system.

Distinctive Features

oThe ceramic-inserted rubber plate consists of hundreds of individual ceramic pieces, each featuring thousands of convex points. This design ensures strong traction for the conveyor belt, prevents slipping, and extends the service life of the conveyor roller.

oDust and mud on the pulley are directed along the grooves, giving the pulley a unique self-cleaning function, which is especially beneficial in wet working environments.

oCold vulcanized pulley lagging eliminates the need to remove the pulley from the conveyor system, allowing for simple, labor-saving, and efficient on-site installation.
