Protective Film Coating Machine For Aluminum Board

A aluminum sheet laminating machine is a specializedpiece of equipment designed to apply a protective film or coating ontothe surface of aluminum boards, This process is crucial in variousindustries, including construction, automotive, and electronics, wherealuminum boards need to be protected from scratches, dust, and otherforms of damage during transportation, storage, or further processing.

MAIN PERFORMANCE

The rubber roller is manufactured using premium silicone and heat-conductive materials. The temperature gauge controller monitors laminating temperature, ensuring superior heat transfer and reduced machine warm-up time. Suitable for both cold and hot lamination processes.
Moderately hard rollers ensure high-quality lamination with no bubbles.
Equipped with premium drive motors including variable-frequency speed control motors, DC speed control motors, and AC electronic speed control motors. Pure copper coils minimize heat generation during continuous operation.
Features manual/automatic dual-mode selection and forward/reverse functionality for flexible and convenient operation.
Laminator Model Specifications: Lamination width ranges from 250mm to 2000mm.

FILM LAMINATION PROCESS

By installing the flat protective film to aluminum film coating machine placing the product on the attaching platform, starting aluminum film sticking machine, the protective film is accurately and automatically pasted on the product surface, and the pressure of the laminating film is adjusted by means of pneumatic lifting cots, so that the laminating film is more balanced, after pasting the product, the material is discharged along with the conveying rack

8. Laminating speed range: Approximately 0-20 meters per minute.

9. Approximately 7 rubber-coated rollers (Ф50) installed at both entry and exit ends.
