FILM LAMINATION PROCESS

By installing the flat protective film to the aluminum film lamination machine, placing the product on the attaching platform, starting the laminatiing machine for aluminum panel, the protective film is accurately and automatically pasted on the product surface, and the pressure of the laminating film is adjusted by means of pneumatic lifting cots, so that the film of aluminum sheet laminating machine is more balanced, after pasting the product, the material is discharged along with the conveying rack.

9. Approximately 9 rubber-coated rollers (Ф60) installed at both entry and exit ends.
