PROFILE WRAPPING PROCESS

The driving motor drives the large rotary table and the packing belt to make circular motion, and the feeding motor (cycloidal needle stepless speed regulation) drives the material through the turbine reducer to the rubber pressing wheel, and the profile material is transported through the circular center of the rotary table to make linear motion, thus, the winding packaging is realized.

2.Each entrance/exit is equipped with a 4-meter galvanized roller conveyor frame.

3. Packaging motor: Y100L-6-1.5KW; Feeding motor: JWB-0.37X-60D. Profile conveying speed: 4090-20450 mm/min; Machine weight: ≥500Kg.

4. Applicable power supply: Three-phase 380V AC 50Hz; Worm gear reducer: WP46.5 I=1:10 m=3.

5. Packaging turntable rotation speed: 97/149 r/min; Packaging paper spacing: 27–210 mm; Packaging paper width: <200 mm; Packaging paper outer diameter: <φ250 mm. Maximum packaging diameter: φ180 mm. Paper core diameter: 76 mm. Maximum packable dimensions: 250×150.

6. Feeding direction: Right-in, left-out.
