Product Description

Our large-scale safety cabinets are manufactured using advanced rotational molding technology. Selected plastic powder boxes or granules are injected into special molds. The molds rotate around multiple vertical axes during the heating process, so that the plastic raw materials are evenly heated and processed, and fit tightly to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and baking, the one-piece molded box has no welds, no welds, and no welding points, which eliminates the weak links from the root and has high strength and stability far exceeding the boxes manufactured by traditional processes.

Roto-molding features:
