Titanium Front Rear Triangle Fork 16” Brompton

This is a titanium alloy conversion kit for Brompton folding bicycles, featuring core components such as the Titanium Front and Rear Triangle Fork. Crafted from aerospace-grade titanium alloy, this folding bike conversion kit incorporates flat-mount brakes on the front fork and a flat-mount disc brake (140mm direct-mount rotor) on the Rear Triangle Fork, meeting the demanding braking performance requirements of high-intensity riding. Compatible with 355/406 wheel sets, tailored for Brompton model modifications.

Material: Tube: Titanium GR9 Ti-3Al-2.5V; Hooked claws: Titanium GR5 Ti-6Al-4V

Welding process: Titanium GR5 Ti-6Al-4V 1.2mm wire argon arc welding

Main Pipe wall thickness: Front disk brake fork: 1.2mm; Rear disk brake triangle: 0.8mm

Weight: Front fork: approx. 265 g; Rear triangle: approx. 557 g

Size: Front disc brake fork: 74mm; Rear disc brake triangle: 112mm
