The production process is simple and practical. Hooks are loaded into the rotary feeding disk, and vibration feeding automatically sends them into the working position. Plastic hangers can either be placed manually onto the conveyor or connected directly with robotic arms for continuous production. The machine is equipped with six vibrating disks, three on each side, helping manage metal hooks and plastic clips separately to keep feeding stable during operation. Before the clips are attached onto the hangers, the foam pads are inserted first, giving the finished hanger a cleaner appearance and better product quality.
