Spray method :
Pre- treatment:
1.Steel material : oil disposing and rust removing , phosphorization treatment
2.Aluminum : derosination and chromating treatment
* Test the pre- treatment in every two hours , testing methods should in comply with the drug supplier or according to user manual of our pre- treatment
Electrostatic spray:
1.Spray distance :150-300mm
2.Spray pressure : 0.2-0.5Mpa
3.Voltage : 50-80KV
Curing conditions : 180-200degree * 15-20min (material temperature)
Storage requirements are as follows:
1. Keep away from fire source and direct sunlight, and place in a well ventilated place with temperature below 35 ℃.
2. Avoid being stored in places that are easily polluted by water, organic solvents, oil and other materials.
3. Stacking no more than 4 layers;
4. Pay attention to damp proof.
Packing:
Basic package: 2plastic bags + strong craft carton
Custom package: 2 plastic bags + heat resistant bags (if customer require)+strong craft bag+plastic
