Hook strip flat screens are a type of shale shaker screen, typically comprised of two to three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel mesh combined with a steel backing plate. Optimal and effective filtration area is achieved through varying mesh sizes and different steel backing plates, ensuring strength during usage.

The fine mesh on top, coupled with intermediate and bottom coarse mesh, along with varying thicknesses of steel backing plates, significantly reinforce the overall strength of the screen. To accommodate different models and customer requirements, we offer a range of steel backing plate shapes, including hexagonal, rectangular, and square, to support various screen configurations.

By dividing the top cloth into separate small surfaces, excessive expansion and potential damage are prevented, thus maximizing the screen's lifespan.
