MAIN PERFORMANCE

This polishing machine for aluminum surface features an infeed/outfeed conveyor, automatically adjustable vertical transmission rollers, automatically positioning horizontal pressure rollers, a dust extraction system, a high-strength acrylic viewing window, and eight sets of four-way polishing wheels.
During operation, operators simply press a button to adjust material height and width, then inspect and configure the polishing discs before commencing production.
For intricate surface finishing, this polishing machine incorporates an imported speed control unit, enabling precise adjustment of polishing speed and accuracy.

USE RANGE

The polishing machine for aluminum surface is a highly efficient automated device specifically designed for aluminum profile surface treatment. It is primarily used to remove defects such as oxide films, burrs, and scratches from aluminum profile surfaces while simultaneously achieving a bright surface finish.Widely used in the processing of aluminum profiles for architectural doors and windows, curtain walls, furniture hardware, and other applications, it is a key piece of equipment for enhancing the surface quality and added value of aluminum profile products.

PROFILE POLISHING PROCESS

1. First, the aluminum profile to be processed is fed into the polishing chamber via the feed conveyor mechanism. The position and pressure of the polishing wheel assembly are adjusted according to the profile's cross-sectional shape and dimensions.

2. Upon startup, the polishing wheels drive specialized abrasive particles (such as nylon grit or aluminum oxide particles) into high-speed rotation. These particles make full contact with the aluminum profile surface, generating friction.

3. During friction, the abrasive particles grind away oxide layers, burrs, and scratches from the aluminum surface while utilizing their elastic deformation to achieve fine polishing;

4. Finally, the polished aluminum profiles exit via the discharge conveyor system. A dust extraction system simultaneously removes generated dust, ensuring a clean working environment.
