MAIN PERFORMANCE

Wood Grain Transfer Spray Powder is a special base powder specially developed for wood effect production line for aluminum profiles. Used as the electrostatic spraying base powder before wood grain transfer, it forms a smooth, flat and extremely adhesive coating on the surface of aluminum profiles after electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing.
It provides a high-quality base for the subsequent high-temperature vacuum transfer of wood grain transfer film/paper, ensuring the wood grain pattern is transferred clearly, evenly, without bubbles or wrinkles.
