- This Hot Transfer Machine for aluminum profile was developed primarily to enhance production efficiency in aluminum transfer processes, stabilize product quality, and reduce labor costs. The system consists of three main components: a tunnel-type transfer furnace, a series vacuum extraction unit, a chain-type aluminum support frame, and an electrical control system.
- Through this equipment, aluminum profiles undergo vacuum extraction individually, are transported into the furnace for heating, and exit the furnace one by one. All profiles follow the same heating trajectory within the furnace, ensuring each undergoes the transfer process under identical conditions. Theoretically, this guarantees consistent color reproduction across all profiles.
- In conventional cart-type transfer furnaces, 20-30 aluminum profiles enter the sealed furnace simultaneously for heating. Due to the large load, furnace temperature drops rapidly, requiring extended heating time to reach transfer temperatures and consequently prolonging the transfer cycle.
- Our Woodgrain Imitation Production Line for aluminum employs a chain-driven, step-by-step mechanism to feed aluminum profiles individually into the furnace. This allows profiles to reach the required transfer temperature within a shorter timeframe upon entering the furnace, thereby reducing baking time and enhancing transfer efficiency.
