The metal pen assembly machine is an automated assembly device specially designed for metal pen types. It focuses on the high hardness and strict precision requirements of metal pen barrels, achieving an integrated assembly of pen barrels, metal pen caps, metal pen clamps, and pre-installed pen cores. It is suitable for the mass production of high-end fountain pens, metal gel pens, and other products.
The equipment adopts hard alloy positioning fixtures to prevent metal parts from being scratched. The assembly accuracy is controlled by a multi-axis servo drive system. The fit clearance between the pen barrel and the pen cap is ≤0.02mm, and the position error of the pen clamp welding (or riveting) is ≤0.05mm, ensuring that the metal parts are smoothly connected and have a smooth feel. In view of the fast heat conduction feature of metal materials, the assembly station is equipped with a constant temperature control module to prevent the heat generated by friction from affecting the accuracy of components.
Compatible with pen barrel diameters ranging from 8 to 14mm and lengths from 120 to 180mm, it supports materials such as brass, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy, and is suitable for different closed structures like threaded connection and magnetic attraction. The segmented feeding track, in combination with the mechanical arm grasping, enables the collision-free transportation of metal parts, with a single-hour production capacity of 2,000 to 2,800 pieces, which is 8 times more efficient than manual assembly.
Equipped with a laser detection and torque sensing system, it can identify problems such as deformation of metal parts and thread slippage. Defective products are automatically sorted, with a pass rate exceeding 99.4%. The 10-inch touch screen supports the storage of 25 sets of process parameters. When changing models, by replacing the hard alloy mold, the debugging can be completed within 8 minutes, meeting the precision assembly requirements of high-end metal pens.
