- This heating shrinking furnace used for heat-shrinkable packaging materials, by heating packaging materials (such as heat-shrinkable film) tightly wrapped in the product, to protect the product and beautify the appearance of the effect.
- Heat is generated by heating elements such as electric heating tubes and infrared heaters, which transfer heat to packaging materials and products, causing the packaging materials to shrink after heating and tightly wrap the products. At the same time, the fan or fan inside the tunnel furnace will produce airflow, help heat evenly distributed and accelerate the shrinkage process of packaging materials.
- Air Circulation Fans: Four imported high-speed, high-temperature-resistant large fans are installed above the heat chamber. (Note: New model features ultra-efficient, high-quality motors superior to domestic YE3 series, with high temperature resistance, stable speed, and high RPM (Rated: 220V-240V/50-60Hz/750W, 3450 RPM, no-load current approx. 0.5A, operating current 1.5A, temperature resistance 200°C).
- Electric Heating Tubes: Utilizes our factory-produced high-efficiency, long-life elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating tubes. Features an automatic temperature control circuit comprising Japanese “Mitsubishi” or “Fuji” AC contactors and KKK temperature controllers. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, maximum temperature ≤200°C, power ≥30KW.
- Drive Motor and Inverter: Equipped with a premium 0.75KW drive motor paired with a renowned brand inverter. Speed adjustable from 0-20m/min, with a conveying capacity ≤200Kg.
- Drive Conveyor Roller Shaft: Utilizes 4-inch chain with conveyor rollers spaced approximately 200 mm apart, driven by the motor.
- Drive Conveyor Direction: Features a “Forward/Reverse” switch for flexible operation direction selection.
- Quality and Performance: Superior machine performance delivers rapid packaging speeds without film breakage, enabling low-temperature energy-efficient shrink wrapping.
