Product Introduction

TAIHING Nexfil-Conductive PA6 conductive Brush Filament adopts PA6 substrate blended evenly with conductive carbon powder, extruded and shaped under high temperature. Built-in free electron network quickly guides static charges to ground through metal brush holders to eliminate static hazards instantly.

Different from ordinary temporary anti-static filaments that fail within 1–6 months, our carbon-filled Brush Fiber delivers durable, consistent conductive performance, ideal for precision electronics and flammable & explosive production environments. Backed by 40 years of monofilament manufacturing expertise, we guarantee uniform carbon dispersion without brittleness.
