This compact water-cooled pulsed laser cleaning machine utilizes the latest small, integrated water-cooled cabinet from S&A, which provides powerful heat dissipation for both the laser and the handheld scanning galvanometer, enabling stable, high-power laser cleaning over extended periods. We typically configure it with a JPT water-cooled pulsed cleaning laser, offering three average power options: 300W, 500W, and 1000W. It can also be configured with a multimode laser with a single pulse energy of up to 150mJ, achieving precise and efficient laser cleaning with surface damage <1 micrometer. This covers industrial cleaning tasks such as rust removal, oil removal, paint removal, oxide layer removal, coating removal, and plating removal for workpieces of various complex shapes.
