The LB962/21 External Air Oil Separator from Jiangxi Sange serves as a high-efficiency accessory. It works universally with mainstream screw air compressors. You adjust the mounting to fit various common models pretty easily.This unit runs at a working pressure between 8 and 14 bar. The airflow covers a range from 60 to 180 cubic meters per hour. Its main role involves removing oil mist, moisture, and micro-particles of 0.02 micrometers or larger from the compressed air. That setup meets ISO 8573-1 Class 1 standards for cleanliness. Residual oil content stays at 1.2 parts per million or less. In fact, it surpasses the basic performance needs from original equipment manufacturers.The design stays modular and external. Installation angles adjust without hassle. No complex modifications come into play. It handles both horizontal and vertical mounting situations well.

Certifications include ISO9001, RoHS, and ISO 12500-1 for oil mist separation efficiency. The LB962/21 strikes a solid balance between ultra-high precision in separation and energy-saving operation.
