Product Description:

B7 type piston rod seal is the 1 kind of lip seal installed in the groove for tight fit.B7 seal can be used for various occasions where the physical properties of ordinary rubber or fabric reinforced rubber cannot meet the requirements.

Medium:

Hydraulic oil (mineral oil base) Mainly used for heavy-duty walking machinery and static pressure in the piston seals.

Installation:

These seals shall have axial clearance (see columns H and L in the table).To avoid damage to the sealing lip,do not pull the seal on the sharp edge during installation.This type of seal can usually be fitted into a closed groove.

Materials:

Imported polyurethane material with a Shore hardness of 93.Compared with other polyurethane materials currently on the market,its main advantages are improved heat resistance,enhanced hydrolysis resistance,and small compression deformation.
