How to Choose a Soft PVC Dispensing Machine

1.Choose Based on the Number of Colors:

If your product requires 6 colors or fewer, you can choose a 12-color dispensing machine.

If your product requires more than 6 colors, you may select an 18-color or 24-color model.

2.Choose Based on Product / Mold Size:

For mold sizes around 300 × 300 mm, a 12-color machine is suitable.

The working platform is approximately 650 × 450 mm, allowing you to use the left and right workstations simultaneously.

For larger molds (e.g., length reaching 700 mm), you can choose our 18-color / 24-color large-size platform with a working area of 740 × 430 mm.

3.Choose According to Operator Preferences:

You may select either the computer-controlled model or the joystick-controlled model, depending on your workers’ operating habits.

4.Check Whether the Working Platform Has a Heating Function:

Platform heating improves PVC fluidity and makes dispensing smoother.

This is especially important for winter or low-temperature regions.
