- 2. Single-Unit Automatic Adhesive Pressing Machine: The main frame is fabricated from welded 50×30×3.0 steel square tubing. The worktable undergoes precision machining via a gantry milling machine. Most non-standard components are manufactured from steel plates and aluminum plates through computer-controlled milling and drilling, ensuring stable performance during high-speed operation. The power system employs branded servo and variable-speed motors for drive, along with pneumatic cylinders for transmission, guaranteeing operational precision and control stability.
- 3. Equipment Performance: PLC-controlled (e.g., material length, adhesive pressing speed). Vertical adjustment functions are regulated by multiple motors, replacing manual adjustments to achieve rapid, precise operation and prevent material scratching during adhesive pressing.
- 4. Footprint: Length 4.0m, width approx. 0.61m, height approx. 1.6m.
- 5. Working Range: Single aluminum profile length 1.0-7.0m, cross-sectional width 16mm-19mm, height 23mm*35mm.
- 6. Work Efficiency: Normal operation achieves 20–30 meters per hour (efficiency depends on manual feeding and sealant strip quality). Speed can be adjusted via the sealing machine's control system.
- 7. Operating Pressure/Voltage: ≥0.6 MPa / 220V.
- 8.Operator Requirements: Single-person operation.
