This filter operates on a three-stage process: capture, adsorb, cleanse. Its built-in glass fiber structure increases the contact between oil and the filtration media, ensuring thorough removal of oil contaminants. This prevents component wear caused by impure oil and guarantees a steady supply of clean oil for the compressor. When installing: first, shut off the compressor and drain any residual oil in the system, then clean the oil port, align the built-in glass fiber oil filter with the interface, and hand-tighten it clockwise to form a secure seal. If the filter is used in harsh conditions—such as environments with high oil impurity levels or extreme temperatures—you should shorten its replacement cycle.
