The Dongfeng Aeolus L8 is a new car, representing Dongfeng Fengshen's entry into the 120,000 RMB price range with a spacious hybrid SUV, making it a suitable family transportation option. Fuel consumption is 2.4 L/100 km when the battery is depleted. 3C fast charging takes 18 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, and it requires only 92-octane gasoline. The chassis features a front MacPherson strut and rear multi-link suspension, double-layered laminated glass, and Michelin quiet tires, offering greater mechanical reliability than pure electric new energy vehicles and better fuel economy than traditional two-wheel-drive hybrids.

Compared to commercial MPVs, it has a shorter body and is easier to park; compared to used SUVs, the new car has an additional passenger entertainment screen and 3C fast charging; compared to other pure electric new energy vehicles in the same class, it offers a rare 2245 km combined range and "sofa-like" massage seats in the 120,000 RMB price range, making it suitable for city commuting, long-distance road trips, and overnight camping.
