Tapered roller bearings are the core category of rolling bearings that can bear both radial and axial composite loads. The core design highlight is the matching of the cone structure: the cone top of the tapered roller is collinear with the cone top of the inner and outer ring raceways, forming pure rolling contact to avoid sliding friction; the inner ring rib limits the axial movement of the roller, and the cage is mostly made of steel plate stamping (medium and low-speed, low-cost scenarios) or brass material (high-speed, heavy-load scenarios, such as automobile gearboxes) to separate the rollers and guide them to run smoothly. According to the structure, they can be divided into single-row, double-row and four-row.
