The Jiangxi Sange Model LB719/6 works as an external air oil separator. Engineers designed it for tough high-duty cycle operations. It relies on advanced coalescing filtration technology from the industry. The main goal focuses on protecting the screw element for long-term reliability. That element forms the core of your compressed air system. It also guards the quality of the final product. In addition, it supports the steady operation of pneumatic equipment. This comes from supplying compressed air that stays exceptionally dry. The air carries very low oil content.

The oil-air mixture flows into the separator from the outside under pressure. It moves through a multi-layer composite glass fiber filter media we designed especially for this. The process follows deep coalescence and mechanical interception principles. Fibers catch micron-sized oil droplets. Those droplets merge thanks to surface tension. They grow into larger droplets through coalescence. Gravity then pulls them down to settle at the bottom of the separator. Workers recover the oil from there. The purified compressed air leaves via the center tube. Its oil content remains at a very low level all the time.
